Here is the latest rub down on this, partly from my own experience and partly from Nasser Hafiz who led the way. I hope you can follow this and any comment from a Bellfruit programmer would be much appreciated, though I appreciate you might not have the bottle to give away too much! About 6 weeks Nasser contacted me telling me he thought this machine wasn't as bad as he first thought, it is forceable if left for a long time. He had the jp several times from the reels with little afterplay. I tried to force my local machine and found it was ok to hi-lo it out up the cash, not bothering with all that swapping stuff. Getting the jp from the top is the key as the afterplay can be outrageous. The top jp is like a cashpot on the old Cops and Robbers. The first signs of happiness are what I call the "dirty spins" when you regularly see 3331 3332 or 3333 roll in on the reels to get to a low win and start the trail. On a machine set at 72%, played by muppets who rotate wins for at least 2 weeks, these spins start occurring after about £100 - £150 has been put through in cold blood. From this point on it will take anything up to a £300 to hi-lo the jp out of it. The longer you have left the machine then hopefully the less this figure will be. Bear in mind here that the machine I play is on the lowest percentage possible so you might find your machine will be better. You might wonder what is the point in playing it, well the point is the afterplay which is the afterplay which is easily £200 if you have shoved a bundle through it. The original reason for campaigning on this machine was the hint in the attract mode which reads "Have you got what it takes to win jackpot after jackpot?"... well at the moment no I haven't, not for the want of trying. Last night was my third session and it left me realising what shoddy programming goes into these at times. After getting the jp i had the machine refilled (only because when it runs empty it gives an error instead of allowing the club to do a refill). I then set about seeing if I could get this elusive second jackpot. As many of you know, when you fill the name you get 1 shot active. When you press collect you then press start and you are awarded something above where you are on the trail. So you can imagine my glee when I have 1 shot active and I have climbed tothe top feature. In theory I am guaranteed at least £100 and I am expecting to get the £250. Erm not so. In fact the shot put me right back on the top feature so it gained nothing! The machine must have seen the 100 is over the block that has been put in place after the jp was paid and just blocked it. What I found really strange about this is that it took about 15 minutes afterwards to get £220 profitable afterplay from it putting me just £30 short of what I would have had if it had just hit the jp. So come on, somebody please tell me either the quick way to get the second jp, or explain why BFM programming leaves me feeling cheated.
